North Eugene 

Silver Meadows is the premier luxury home neighborhood in North Eugene.  All homes in this new phase have been built and will be built by Heitman Custom Homes exclusively.  Lot sizes are typically from 8500 - 9000 square feet in size making them some of the largest available in Eugene.  Recent homes have sold from $440,000 to $588,000 and range in size from 2000 - 4200 square feet.  The neighborhood is quiet and away from noise and traffic bordering farm land and treed property yet it is less than 4 minutes from Beltline and 10 from Valley River Center shopping.  Only a few lots are left so please call us for a tour to discuss the possibilities.  We want to earn your business.

South Eugene

The Summit is located at the top of the South hill.  Follow Timberline to Summit Sky.  Currently we are building on the last lot we have available.  This home is listed for $1.2 Million and can be viewed in our Listings section on this website.  The lots are 1+ acres and homes are typically at 4500+ square feet.

Timberline hills is a large hillside development with numerous lots available for new construction.  The lots are in a natural setting with several preservation areas and some lots have views.  Our homes can be estimated to start at $450,000 and up.  This development has future phases scheduled.  Call us to schedule a tour of this development.

There is another development planned in the South Hills area.  This development is being planned and built by Marty Peets.  He is the same developer that brought us the prestigous Hawkins View and Braewood Hills subdivisions.
